1. Organize the baby clothing you would like used in the memory quilt. Organize 15 articles of clothing if you are ordering a 32″ x 40″ quilt. Organize 20 articles of clothing if you are ordering a 40″ x 48″ quilt. Please do not cut the baby clothing.
2. Print and complete a Memory Quilt Order Form.
3. Mail the completed Memory Quilt Order Form, baby clothing and payment to:
